Make Quality Executable: Verification Gates for Agentic Engineering at Scale

AI coding agents are changing the economics of software delivery: teams can now generate more code, faster than ever before. But while generation has accelerated, code review, architecture governance, and engineering standards have not scaled at the same pace.

This talk is a technical case study in how Qodo makes code quality executable across the agentic software development lifecycle. We’ll walk through the architecture Qodo has built to transform engineering standards, repository knowledge, architectural constraints, security expectations, and review criteria into operational context that both engineers and AI agents can act on.

From there, we’ll examine how verification gates can be embedded across planning, code generation, local review, CI pipelines, and pull requests, ensuring quality is enforced before defects, vulnerabilities, or architectural drift harden into the codebase. We’ll also explore how Qodo’s R&D teams evaluate these systems in practice using traces, benchmarks, precision and recall signals, and feedback loops to determine whether AI systems are enforcing the right standards at scale.

Attendees will leave with a concrete framework for agentic engineering quality: centralize context, make standards executable, verify early and often, and continuously measure whether the system is improving.
